Harry Styles has always believed in bringing people together.
This summer, more than a million people will walk through the gates of Wembley Stadium to sing, dance and celebrate together.
But something else is happening, too.
Beyond the music, Harry is quietly reimagining what philanthropy can look like. Not through one headline-grabbing donation, but by inviting every single fan to become part of something bigger than themselves.
£1 from every Wembley ticket is being donated to the LIVE Trust, helping protect grassroots music venues across the UK. Through his partnership with Choose Love, fans are also given the opportunity to support humanitarian aid for displaced communities around the world. And in London and Amsterdam, partnerships with EARNT encouraged concertgoers to turn small actions into meaningful impact.
None of these actions are extraordinary on their own.
But together, they become something incredibly powerful.
We Belong Together
I was lucky enough to be there at Wembley, and while these partnerships are inspiring, they weren’t the first thing that struck me.
Before the music began, Harry shared a simple message with the crowd: for the next couple of hours, have as much fun as you possibly can, and remember that you can be whoever you want to be.
Then he asked more than 90,000 people to turn to the person beside them, hold their hand and take one deep breath together.
And for a moment, an enormous stadium full of strangers stood still.
People smiled at one another. Friends held each other tighter. Complete strangers shared a moment of kindness. There was a feeling of love, acceptance and belonging that is difficult to put into words. For just over two hours, Wembley became more than a concert venue. It became a community.
I left thinking that perhaps this was the real magic of the evening. Not just the music, but the reminder that when people come together with openness, kindness and a shared purpose, something extraordinary happens.
And then I thought about the £1.
One pound from every ticket.
One small act, multiplied by hundreds of thousands of people.
It suddenly felt like the perfect reflection of what had happened inside the stadium. Just as one person holding one hand can create a feeling of connection that spreads across an entire crowd, one small donation, repeated by thousands of people, can create extraordinary change.
Because it proves something we often forget: People don’t need to give a lot to create a lot. They simply need to give together.
At One World Together, this is the future we believe in.
For too long, philanthropy has been seen as something reserved for billionaires, celebrities or people with wealth to spare. But the truth is that every major movement has always been powered by ordinary people doing small things collectively.
One person gives £1.
Another rounds up their coffee.
Someone else donates their spare Nectar points.
A business chooses to give a small percentage of every sale.
None of these actions feel life-changing on their own. But together, they become extraordinary.
Harry Styles’ latest tour isn’t remarkable because of the amount being given. It’s remarkable because it normalises something bigger. It makes generosity part of everyday life.
It shows millions of fans that doing good doesn’t have to be complicated.
That is exactly the world One World Together is working to build. A world where giving isn’t occasional or exclusive. Giving isn’t something only a handful of wealthy people can do.
It’s something everyone can be part of.
Because when millions of people contribute something small, we create something far bigger than any one donation could ever achieve. This isn’t just about Harry Styles. It’s about a growing movement.
Around the world, organisations, artists, businesses and communities are reimagining philanthropy. And not through bigger asks, but through simpler ones.
Small moments.
Shared purpose.
Collective impact.
At One World Together, we believe that’s where real change begins.
The feeling I experienced at Wembley is the same feeling we hope to inspire every day: that every person matters, every act of kindness counts, and every contribution no matter how small is part of something much bigger than ourselves.
Because changing the world has never been about finding a few people willing to give everything.
It’s about inspiring millions of people to give something.
To believe they belong.
To know they can make a difference.
Together.
One World Together Lesson
If Wembley reminded me of anything, it’s that when people come together with kindness, connection and purpose, extraordinary things happen.
Now imagine carrying that feeling beyond the stadium.
Imagine if every concert ticket, every coffee, every online purchase and every everyday moment became an opportunity to create positive change.
That’s the future we’re building at One World Together.
A world where everyone can play a part. Where every act of generosity matters. Where small actions, multiplied by millions of people, create extraordinary impact.
If you believe in that future, we’d love you to join us.
Because together, we really can change the world.
